If you have questions about your order, shipping, returns, or account, please read the answers below. We ship and provide after-sales service within Thailand for added peace of mind.
How long does delivery take?
We ship from our warehouse in Thailand, processing within 1–2 business days and delivery within 3–5 business days.
Can I edit my order information after confirmation? (Before shipping)
If you need to make a correction, please provide relevant information such as your Edifier account number, order number, shipping address, or proof of payment. Once verified, our team will process it.
Can I cancel an order after confirmation? (Before shipping)
If your order has not yet shipped, you can log into your Edifier account and cancel your order on the “My Orders” page.
What should I do if the customer refuses to accept the product or the delivery is unsuccessful?
If delivery fails due to personal reasons such as wrong address or no recipient, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
If you cancel your order or refuse to receive the product after it has been shipped, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the product is returned due to a service issue, the customer must reserve the return shipping cost first, and the refund will be made after verification.
Can Edifier unilaterally cancel an order?
Edifier sells its products exclusively through its official store and may cancel orders in the following cases:
